Milestone
The Financial Institutions Association (FIAB) was founded in the year 2010 with 10 members from the financial sector. Since then, numerous meetings and discussions have been held to promote, advance, and protect the common interests of the financial service providers in the country. FIAB got its Certificate of Registration on 12 th January 2022 from the Civil Society Organizations Authority certifying it as a Mutual Benefit Organization under the CSO Act of Bhutan, 2007.
FIAB currently has 14 members and a fully functional Secretariat Office led by an Executive Director.
