Workshop on Common Land Base Rates
The Financial Institutions Association of Bhutan (FIAB) successfully conducted a five-day workshop from February 10 to 14, 2025, in Phuentsholing to revise the common land base rates for all 20 Dzongkhags. The workshop brought together key representatives and valuation expert from various financial institutions to ensure a uniform and updated valuation framework for land rates across the country.
